– Healthy Opportunities for Personal Enhancement – provides mental health and substance abuse services, including assessment and counseling, for adults and children – and fees are income based.

Mission
Georgia H.O.P.E. will work in partnership with individuals, families, and community resources to help people achieve good health and meaningful living, with an ultimate goal to improve community wellness by promoting hope and recovery for people served by our programs.

Vision
To bolster the initiative of Georgia 's public and private mental health system that successfully supports accountability and consumer choice, by providing services that hearten recovery, hope, excellence, respect, and safety. 


History
Family and Children First, LLC, dba Georgia H.O.P.E., is owned by Mary Wise, Founding Partner and Tanya Smith, Managing Partner.  Founded in 2000, FCF began as a Family Preservation and Foster Care services agency solely serving the Department of Family and Children Services in Northwest Georgia.  In 2006, FCF developed a program of care called Georgia H.O.P.E., which resulted in a name for the agency’s dba.  Georgia H.O.P.E. provides an integrated network of social services, behavioral health services, and substance abuse services throughout Northwest Georgia.
