- Low incomes and no other form of payment (including underinsured/uninsured), through DHR Department of Behavioral Health and Addictive Diseases (DBHDD) state contract (sliding scale fee basis)
- Individuals with Medicaid
- Individuals with Medicare (11.19.11 not currently accepting new Medicare clients)
- Children & Adolescents with Wellcare
- Self-pay accepted
